Big Agnes tents
Camping outdoors is a good way to introduce your kids to how fragile nature is. Here are eco conscious lessons that you can teach your kids before you head on out to nature.
~Do not litter. Do not throw anything out of your car window while in transit. Keep food wrappers in a plastic bag while hiking until you can get to a trash can. ~Do not disturb nature. The slogan that says “take nothing but pictures” is a pretty good mantra to go by. ~Clean up after yourselves. Dig a compost hole for your food refuse. After camping, pack everything up, roll up your sleeping bags and Big Agnes tents, and stow everything in their proper containers. ~Put out your campfire. Do your part in preventing forest fires. ~Wash your cookware and utensils with biodegradable soap. That way, you don’t go about polluting the streams.
