Lightweight sleeping bags

Down fills are a lot heavier but they are also warmer.
So for cold places, it is advisable to bring along warmer sleeping bags. But if you are camping during the summer, you may want to go for the synthetic filled sleeping bags which are cooler and lighter in weight. Heavy sleeping bags occupy more space in your packs. If you are bringing a lightweight sleeping bag, you can haul in more stuff in your pack such as extra water and food.
