Damaged Tent Scandal

When I used to work at the local hardware store, customers would come in almost daily looking for spare parts for their family tents they use for camping adventures. At first such a request confused me because I wasn’t used to hearing about tents just falling apart. So after about the fifth or sixth request for such items, I began to investigate.
After about two weeks of research in my neighborhood, I found out that the local sporting goods store was selling tents that had been damaged as brand new. Apparently, a big shipment of tents came into the store damaged and instead of losing money on the order, they decided to sell them to customers anyway.
