He was surprised that I came up with that idea since he never really thought of me to be an outdoor type of person. I told him that so long as he can find comfortable dome tents then I would be alright. After all, life is short not to try out the things you never experienced yet, and now may be a good time to start. I am sure things will go perfectly well no matter what happens.

I have to make sure of course that the family is more than comfortable whenever we go camping. I always double check on the things I would need to bring on every trip to make sure I don’t forget anything. Just a few weeks back I was able to complete our camping equipment with the addition of one of those cheap camping stone fire pits. This way we can all keep ourselves warm at night.

Whenever I come out to run I always make sure that I have my m3 player with me so I can listen in to some tunes to help me run faster. I also need my keys as well as other essentials I would need to bring like a small towel to wipe off my sweat. I have waistpacks fannypacks which allows me to hold all the things I need so I have my hands free while I run. This saves me the hassle of bringing a small bag whenever I do my morning rounds.

I wanted to make sure that we can still do something on that day so that my kids would not get disappointed. Since everything was packed and ready to go anyway I decided to camp out for the night and set up our Eureka tents in the backyard. I then made some barbecue out of the frozen food we were supposed to cook on site. We had so much fun that entire day and night, that we never really realized we were just at home.

There are a few places around the country we would want to visit first hand, so we planned out trip on how to get to all these places within the year. One of our pit stops was Banks lake campgrounds, the place I have missed so much as I remember my father taking me a few times there. I wanted to revisit the place and remember the wonderful times I had spent with my father there. I am sure it would be great to do some reminiscing on the times that have gone by.

This has allowed us to remain very close to each other despite the years. These days, we make it a point to meet each other and go on hikes, something that my parents always did when we were still little. We would pack our SwissGear tents and head out for an adventure, reminiscing what little memories we had of our parents and the childhood we once had with them.

One of the things we have in common is the fact that all of us enjoy outdoor adventures. It was one of the things we all loved to engage in, and kept us sane whenever the fast paced urban lifestyle had been suffocating us. During these times we would immediately pack our 3 room tent we have in the apartment and head out for a few days. Not only do we get to be away from it all, we also get some sense of privacy just as if we are in our own rooms in the apartment.

Whenever we are in the outdoors, I would always make sure that the screened tents are setup in our backyard so that I would not have to worry about mosquitoes or insects having to bite their bodies all over. It can be pretty irritating to have my kids end up with a lot of marks in the process, so I would much rather look for ways on how to prevent this from happening.

I always bring a few essentials with me during my trips, making sure that I would not have a hard time carrying along what I need for the trip. I always make sure I have one of my gas camping stoves with me, so I can easily prepare food and get myself stuffed after a long and tiring day. I would come back home feeling refreshed and ready to take on the world again.

Hiking is one of the things I do most regularly, since I live in a place where this particular sport is fairly popular and accessible. I always have my hiking equipment ready should I decide to get out of the house and get a breath of fresh air all by myself. Most of the younger ones I come across with would often be surprised about my strength and stamina. I have to say that I am only persistent in remaining as athletic as I was when I was younger.
